| Charge: | The student & post-doc representatives of the UEC act as liaisons for the Association of Students & Post-docs (ASAP) and the UEC. They also are members of BNL’s Quality of Life Committee. |
Nominating Committee
| Coordinator: | Incoming-Chair |
| Charge: | The incoming-Chair of the UEC is responsible for appointing a nominating committee and preparing a slate of nominees for the UEC elections. The Users’ Center is responsible for the electronic voting pages associated with UEC elections. |
Poster Sessions
| Coordinators: | Students & Post-docs representatives |
| Charge: | The poster session held yearly at the Annual Meeting is coordinated by the student/post-doc representatives of the UEC. |
Thesis Award
| Coordinator: | Past Chair |
| Charge: | The Thesis Award program is administered by the Users’ Center. The Past-Chair is responsible for choosing scientists to review theses, arrange review meetings, and to notify the Users’ Center of winners. |

| Coordinator: | RHIC & AGS Users’ Center |
| Charge: | The Users’ Center is responsible for maintaining the RHIC & AGS Users’ Group web page. Comments, suggestions, and contributions should be directed to userscenter@bnl.gov |
